With such a beautiful plethora of dresses to choose from, Elizabeth Miller & I knew that the photos we were going to take would be stunning. Elizabeth is an insanely talented florist who runs The Petaler. The artistic styles that we offer as a separate photographic and floral business are very aesthetically similar, so we knew we needed to get together and photograph. We wanted movement, muted tones, and a fairly timeless look. That idea fit so well with the look that Leanne Marshall gowns have to offer, so that's the designer we went with (pictured above). Leanne Marshall's signature gowns are flowy and youthful, yet still elegant, graceful, and the perfect combination of classic and modern.
I am so grateful I got an opportunity to work with Elizabeth. Like I mentioned above, she's enormously talented and has such an eye & vast knowledge of flowers. I can honestly say that I can come to her with a vision for any photo shoot and trust her 100% to turn out some pure magic (and I hope she feels the same way about me)! If artistic, organic, and lush florals are high on your priority list for your wedding day, you have got to meet with The Petaler! Plus she has the most perfect old english sheepdog I've ever met and his name is Basil, which is such a plus of getting to hang out with her. I just want to snuggle him all the time!
